Entries are now open for the 2013 World Architecture Festival. Individuals or practices can submit projects into a broad range of categories including civic and community, new and old (which includes re-adaptations and re-use projects), and production/energy/recycling. There are also separate categories for landscape projects and future projects.

Completed buildings and landscapes must have been finished between 01 January 2012 and 01 June 2013 to be eligible for entry. The deadline for online entries is 24 May and the deadline for submitting exhibition boards is 30 May.

For the second consecutive year, the World Architecture Festival (2-4 October 2013) is being held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, a previous WAF winner.

Architecture New Zealand, published by AGM in New Zealand, is the media partner for the festival. The jury this year includes many representatives from New Zealand and Australia, including Michael Barrett, editor Interior and Landscape Architecture New Zealand.
