This pathway enables you to qualify and operate as a Homestar Practitioner for the certified Homestar residential rating tool.

This course is targeted at those who are involved in the design of new residential buildings or major refurbishments and require an in-depth knowledge of the technical details of the Certified Homestar tool. Some recommended capability pre-requisites are: sustainability understanding; audit experience; survey work; building practices experience and it is recommended that you are a Licensed Building Practitioner Level 2 and 3; registered valuer, engineer, architect, building scientist/technologist, quantity surveyor, EDA or HERS assessor.
