Rebuilding Christchurch with Wood seminar

The Marlborough Forest Industry Association is inviting a range of speakers to discuss how Marlborough and Nelson prefabricated timber suppliers and designers can contribute to the Christchurch rebuild.

Wood buildings have performed well in the earthquakes and these recent innovations provide a chance to rebuild Christchurch in style, and with buildings which will attract residents and tourists back to Christchurch.

Speakers include Michael Cambridge, President MFIA and PrefabNZ Board Member; Gary Walker, from Flight Timber; Aaron Robinson, from Robinson Forest Management Ltd; Brian Dawson, CEO of Marlborough Chamber of Commerce; Rob Horring, Plant manager at Xlam; Andrew Irving, of Irving Smith Jack Architects and many more.
