Felicity Wallace set up practice in 1989, won several design competitions and successfully ran contracts to build the first purpose-built hospice in Auckland, the cricket pavilion at Melville Park, the Redevelopment of the Plaza Block in Queen St, High St and Vulcan Lane, Auckland, commercial fitout projects, and significant private homes. Felicity won the Home of the Year in 1997, and has taught design at Auckland University, Unitec Auckland, and Victoria University of Wellington. Many of her students and staff have set up successful practices, including Bergendy Cooke, and Anna Tong, winners at the 2021 Home of the Year.
