Music and art inspired bottles
Limited edition Beck’s bottles combine art and music.
You might remember before Christmas (and the wrap of the Urbis February/March issue) we set out to find the best looking drinks around - the juices, the sparkling drinks and the alcoholic tipples.
In the latter category, these quirky bottles by Beck’s were a welcome New Year find. Designed by three local musicians in collaboration with three local artists, the limited edition label range heeds inspiration from songs produced by each band.
Scratching them off won’t be an option with the intriguing mix of artistry by Rainbowmonkey, Andrew McLeod and Gavin Hurley and creative afflatus from musicians Cut Off Your Hands, Ghost Wave and Parallel Dance Ensemble.
The final bottle in the limited edition Beck’s series will be designed by an up and coming artist from a New Zealand tertiary institution. The limited edition bottles will be available in stores from 1 Feb, 2012.
