Designed by one of our favourite local architects, Andrew Patterson and resort interior design maverick Virginia Fisher (responsible for the Huka Lodge and the Eichardt’s Hotel), the Kinloch Golf Club on the shores of Lake Taupo is a classic affair.

It takes on some of the sandy hues from the nearby 18-hole, Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and translates them into elegant textiles and upholstery, with rich browns and timber textures all beautifully complemented by a selection of New Zealand art (including Nigel Brown).
